About Us NCWGC is a newly formed club, as of 2007. Since water gardening is the fastest growing segment of gardening there was a need for a club here on the North Coast of California. Join the club and share with other water gardeners your love of water gardening. Dues are only $25 per year to become a member and assist to cover the cost of our meeting room.
